V9.9.5.6 Updates 

New Dashboard in Modern View

- The system is now updated with improved Dashboard capabilities to provide you better usability in meeting your reporting needs.

Comparison between Classic and Modern Dashboard

Features / Functions:

New dashboard setting will be by user ID to address the following flexibility:

• different users may be assigned to handle different tasks,

• users can customize dashboard layout based on own preference.

If your company already has the report setting done, the same security will be applied in new dashboard

Note: both Classic and Modern share the same setting.

Other Action – Export to Excel

User can now export the chart information to Excel for analysis purpose.

Employee

- Stores and manages employees' profile and login information, and provides a clear picture of distribution of workforce in different locations, branches and departments across an organization.

Device

- Lists all connected terminals in all branches, where administrators can transfer and manage employees between different locations.

Schedule

- Allows set up of working time schedules or rosters applicable for the company as well as leave and holiday types.

Report & Payroll

- Provides 31 types of readily formatted reports, which you can view, print and save in various file formats. The data from TimeTec TA also can be directly exported into payroll such as UNIPay and MYOB.

Mobile

- Offers Mobile TimeTec, a mobile solution for iOS and Android smartphones, where employees can report and view attendance using mobile network and GPS locator.

Integration

- Provides flexibility to export attendance data into CSV or XLS format have another, as input to 3rd party payroll or software.

Security

- Secures attendance data of your company and every login of your employee on the web.
