Journal Voucher
New option " Print Journal Voucher" is added to address users. need to print a physical copy of the journal voucher as supporting document for verification, authorizing signature and filling to provide accountability into accounting system.The new print Journal Voucher option can be accessed at 3 different locations as list below.
1. Main Reports menu list
2. Report Centre
3. Transaction File Maintenance
- To print Journal Voucher from Transaction File Maintenance, please ensure you are selecting the GL Account line where the bill type is not equal to "P". Else, you will either print a Payment or Receipt voucher.

Payment and Receipt Voucher is now enhanced to include journal entries. to provide ease of checking and reduce users.
New checkbox, "With Journal Entries" is added in existing Print Payment Voucher or Receipt screen. Just tick on the checkbox to print Payment or Receipt voucher with journal entries included.
