• Option to include or exclude EIS in 1^st Half Payment
• Option Employee EIS to be paid by Employer
• Option for Employee to be excluded in EIS
• Pay Table Settings to include Allowances, Overtime, Bonus, Commission in EIS Computation

 

Fix

• CP39 Error Message: File does not exist is now fixed

 

Reports

• 50+ additional Reports include all the various payslip format have been enhanced to show EIS figures.

Sage Payroll - How to increase EPF rate for year 2018

The employees' statutory contribution to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will revert to the original 11% for members below age 60, and 5.5% for those aged 60 and above with effect from January 2018

EPF Table setup
1. Go to Housekeeping - Setup - Government Table


 2. Select EPF Table - Press 'OK' Button

 

3. EPF rate table

Personnel File Maintenance Setup
1.   Go to Personnel - Add/Updated Employee - Personnel File Maintenance

- Select the Employee A to Table 1 where the EPF employees’ rate is 11%

 
















- Process pay for both employee - 2nd half payroll - Management report - The Employee A employees’ EPF as 330. [Correct]

V9.9.2.2 Changes

The following enhancement is being released:

• Pay Term

 
Pay Term
Invoice Billing entry is now enhanced to be more flexible where you are allowed to amend the predefined Pay Term. With this enhancement, different Pay Terms may now be assign in different invoices.

Please take note that the due date of individual invoice will be changed/computed based on the Pay Term used in the respective invoice.
